Regents Crescent High End Residential – RIBA Stage 5 to 6
High end residential development in Central London over a 2 year period. This development was a full refurbishment with demolition of most of the existing building, but retaining the listed façade. The project included conversions to single level apartments, duplex apartments, spa facility, Business Centre, underground automated parking system. The main BIM, MEP Coordination and As Built deliverable remit was for all MEP Landlord services including fitout of Spa, Business Centre & Parking.

St Pancras International Station – STAGE 6 As Builts
International Railway Terminal located in Central London. The project scope was to prepare from survey and redline mark-up’s following post construction phase ‘As Built’ information incorporating building wide Landlord services, including fitout of Border Control, Transport Police, Network Rail offices and general public Welfare areas. Employing a team of 6 CAD operators over a 2 year period, 2D AutoCAD software was utilised for the production of single line drawings for consultancy engineering approval and final delivery to client.

JP Morgan – Migration of HQ to Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London.
Following the Banking crisis of 2008, JP Morgan acquired a major presence at Bank Street, Canary Wharf. The migration into the whole building was meticulously planned and involved producing floor plans with key building services information over 32 floors of the new high-rise accommodation to assist the operational arm of facilities with a better understanding of the As Built legacy status. The landlord and tenant information was interrogated to enable the production of quality life safety data and up to date building services layouts.
