MEP Building Services – 2D & 3D Draughting & Coordination
At Quantum Design we offer 2D & 3D draughting services to support all the building services related RIBA stages of construction, from design through to final ‘As Built information for client delivery.
Having gained experience in many projects we are able to offer coordination services for RIBA stage 5 to final completion using following the traditional protocols. We recognise that each project is individual and therefore a thorough understand is vital at the outset, taking on board all project information from design requirements to tech subs for all of the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health) disciplines. Collaboration is the key to any successful project delivery and this can be simply by drawing production using traditional 2D or the formidable Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Digital Information for Construction.
From starting the BIM journey off with authoring documentation through to project completion using the defined RIBA stages of construction. We can incorporate processes to achieve delivery for BIM Level 2 or ISO19650 and therefore here to support all the requirements to meet the BIM digital twin creation, coordination and change.

As members of the EIT (Engineering Information Technology) we are able utilise our expertise in production of design and manufacturing drawings, producing high end quality drawing information to enable manufacturing of engineering components and assemblies. Using best drawing practices and implementation of tolerancing, BOD (build of Materials) following British Standards manufacturing protocols.
