RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) – Merger with Nat West Bank
Following the well-publicised merger of the two banks, the project scope was to assist the Facilities departments of RBS to audit and conduct measured buildings surveys to ensure all whole business building portfolio, UK wide was correct and up to date with the respective drawings for building and space plans. In addition, there continued a moves and changes program to consolidate areas and working space for all business departments. This exercise continued over several years and Quantum Design provided numerous professional and qualified staff to assist and delivery the overall program objectives. AutoCAD software, producing many single drawings was utilised in the delivery for the work flow information.

Hertfordshire Constabulary – Expansion of HQ Stanborough.
The scope of this project was to ensure that during the expansion of the current Hertfordshire Constabulary site that CAD & Work Space Management support was given for current and proposed space analysis, office furniture and equipment auditing and measure building surveys in preparation of drawings and data. These were accurately carried out to ensure that all workflow sets were up to date in preparation for departmental planning of facilities moves and changes. Drawing production and modification using AutoCAD and space data was precisely managed in the whole process.
